My whole experience was amazing! Connor was already responsive in my pre application requesting more information and answered my questions on the day of the inspection. The day I picked my keys up I was explained the whole process of using the app. The whole process eased my anxiety of moving in the current rental market everyone I interacted with was polite and professional

Rosie and Melissa have been taking care of my properties and they always come as going beyond what's expected. It's not only them but the entire team of Laing & Simmons Ropes Crosssing. I've been with them since 2017 and I would never look some where else. The quality and customer service is on point and beyond my expectations!

Excellent attention to detail
Our experience renting with Laing & Simmons so far has been great. There was constant communication prior to moving in, and once moved in they completed the most detailed entry report I've ever seen. Our agent was Connor and overall we couldn't be happier with the service we have received thus far.
