Review of service
Julie Gordon was absolutely amazing in helping me and my partner find a new home, After moving in she has been at the ready to help us with any issues that occur with the property (not that there are many) or answer any questions we have ASAP. So comfortable living in a new place knowing that if needed, help and assistance is there for us. Would definitely recommend Julie and the rest of the Laing + Simmons St Marys team!

Absolutely amazing. It was a very smooth process and all along, I was kept well informed.
I found the experience to be very educative and enjoyable. The Agent had ample market knowledge and experience in guiding my decisions. She acted at lightening speed and was quick to offer appointments to prospective tenants. She carried out substantive tests to check their characters based on past track records and establish income levels. She communicated with me over phone and by email. It was a very enjoyable and seamless experience.

Honestly, So good!
I have been dealing in the property market for over 25years and I have yet to find a property manager thats 'gets it' like Leisha. Credit to Laing and Simmons for employing such great staff. Leisha has, I believe, single handedly transformed what could have been one of my worst experiences as an investor, into a positive experience. I sincerely thankyou Leisha for restoring my confidence in the investment market. As I have told her many times, 'She is a gun!'
