Paul was diligent in keeping me updated - both via calls and also status in the agency's portal set up for me to track the sale campaign. He used his network of potential buyers both oo's and investors, and when the first buyer pulled out during cooling off, he was quick to close a second buyer (and at a higher sale price).

Friendly and most efficient

Paul proved to be excellent throughout the whole process of selling our unit.
We were familiar with Paul and his team via an investment property they managed for us. The same high level of communication, attention to detail and professionalism we had previously experienced was evident throughout our sale. Although we were apprehensive about the market, Paul's extensive knowledge and confidence gave us the assurance we needed and we were not disappointed. Within a much shorter time than we expected the unit unit was sold. The whole experience was much better and easier than we had expected. Highly recommended.

Very professional and friendly
We bought and sold our house with Paul. While living in the are we would occasionally see Paul around the local shops, he would always wave and say hello. He has a thorough knowledge base for his profession. Paul was able to explain the buying and selling process in a way that we could easily understand. We got the result we wanted and overall we are very happy with the experience.
