Paul has been best Agent we have ever dealt with so far. He has been an intelligent helper and has given us fair options. He made the selling process so painless and unproblematic, we would be in the seventh heaven if he would help us again if we ever decided to sell another house.

Paul was diligent in keeping me updated - both via calls and also status in the agency's portal set up for me to track the sale campaign. He used his network of potential buyers both oo's and investors, and when the first buyer pulled out during cooling off, he was quick to close a second buyer (and at a higher sale price).

Aman is a very friendly and helpful. Finding the right property was stress free. Viewed property and on the 2nd day we managed to place an offer to the seller and it was accepted straight away. Great service experience. Thanks Aman

We were familiar with Paul and his team via an investment property they managed for us. The same high level of communication, attention to detail and professionalism we had previously experienced was evident throughout our sale. Although we were apprehensive about the market, Paul's extensive knowledge and confidence gave us the assurance we needed and we were not disappointed. Within a much shorter time than we expected the unit unit was sold. The whole experience was much better and easier than we had expected. Highly recommended.
