We bought and sold our house with Paul. While living in the are we would occasionally see Paul around the local shops, he would always wave and say hello. He has a thorough knowledge base for his profession. Paul was able to explain the buying and selling process in a way that we could easily understand. We got the result we wanted and overall we are very happy with the experience.

Honestly couldn’t be happier with the results of our Auction! Paul and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. Team Abassi made it an easy and seamless process, They kept us informed every step of the way and truly went above and beyond the expected. I am particularly impressed with the sale price and the amount of buyers they had registered in such a short amount of time. Thank you for your professionalism, guidance and hard work!

Five. Days. That's how long our house was on the market. Five. Flippin'. Days. From go to whoa, Aman and Paul were wonderful. They made us feel comfortable with the process and supported our decisions, even when we changed our minds about selling several times. When it came time to actually make it happen, they were professional and helpful. The house went on the market. Photos were taken. Signs went up. Open houses happened. Five. Days. Within five days, they had a buyer. They negotiated. They communicated. They gave us a great outcome with minimal fuss. Aman and Paul turned a stressful undertaking into a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend them to anyone selling in the area. 11/10 would recommend. 3 thumbs up.
