I found Roland professional, easy to deal with and to have excellent local market knowledge - his estimate sale price was spot on. His strategy was well communicated and executed perfectly to which my property sold for above expectation without even the need for any marketing. As the property was tenanted he was also very conscious & respectful of the tenants - keeping them in the loop and limiting any disruption as much as possible. During the entire process Roland provided regular updates via text and phone when necessary keeping me up to date of everything that was going on. Highly recommended
