Second home in Newcastle we have sold with Lane Campos. Once again, our main agent was Dave Lane. We have found Dave to be outstanding. Highly professional. Organised. Very polite and respectful. His communication is always 100%. When he sets meeting times, he always keeps them and is very respectful of your time. Dave is succinct and to the point. He explains his methodology clearly. He outlines dates and expectations very clearly. He outlines the direction of the sale, but also sets expectation around potential to change direction if required. Our main communication this time around was via a group chat in WhatsApp with Dave and his support team, and this change was very well done, helped keep all supporting parties on the same page with ease. The supporting professionals suggested by Dave (gardens, building inspection, stagers) were all quality and easy to work with. Dave managed the online auction beautifully, all potential buyers were well informed and prepped. Our expectations were managed. We would definitely go with Dave Lane again to sell another property. This is the second time I have used Dave and his team to sell my property. I was absolutely delighted with the process and the result the first time round, so it was a no-brainer to use him again the second time. I’m now even more delighted with his services. I live interstate and could not be physically present for the process, so communication was critical - Dave outlined the process in a teleconference upfront and the team uses modern technologies so we all know exactly where the process is up to and who has to do what - right through the process, up to and including settlement. I am also very impressed at Dave’s ethics - he is up front with me and potential buyers to ensure we all know exactly where we stand. I don’t normally do reviews but this is the second one I have done for Dave - I really am that impressed with his services. Absolutely recommended.
