We had sold through Dave Lane previously so knew that we were going to get a high standard approach to the sale. He was always informative and layed out the desired timeline of inspections, sale and settlement to us so we were always up to date with the process. We do not live in Newcastle and we’re selling remotely so it was great to know that his team were very supportive and organised some small repairs to be done as we were unable to be there to attend to them ourselves being in Sydney. We felt very relaxed with the whole sales process knowing Dave and his team were looking after it. We had set a reasonable yet high expectation on the sale price which Dave was able to not just meet, but achieved well above. I think this comes down to the knowledge experience and processes he has in place for the advertising and sale of a property.
