Dave provided very clear and helpful advice about how to maximise our sale's value through some targeted repairs and how to dress the property for sale, which the Lane Campos team facilitated with competitive quotes. During the marketing and sale's period he kept us well informed and successfully managed negotiations with buyers and the result well exceeded our expectations. We have no doubt that if we had gone with a less experienced agent , our outcome would have been inferior. The ultimate professional, achieving an outstanding auction result despite Covid 19
Dave Lane's experience and knowledge of the local real estate is second to none. We were made to feel at easy during the whole process, from preparing the property right through to auction day. Dave always made time to take our phone calls or messages, backed up by his easy going and friendly nature we always felt supported and secure in our sale. Dave Lane managed the ever changing Covid 19 requirements and restrictions like the a professional. Despite a total lock down in Newcastle two days prior to auction, we achieved an auction result beyond our expectations! I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend Dave Lane to anyone.

Roland delivered an excellent result!

Stress free and easy!!
Dave’s communication was fantastic. He kept us up to date at all times and was easy to reach. He checked in with us regularly to make sure we were feeling ok with things and just check we didn’t have any extra questions. He knows the market, is professional and gets a great result!!
