He gave us some suggestions on how to improve the appearance of our property in order to maximise the possible sale price and assisted us in obtaining a stylist. Once the property was on the market Dave was in regular communication with us to ensure we knew exactly what was happening. He contacted us after each open house and very quickly secured a sale at a price that was above our expectation. Following the sale Dave again explained the next stage and kept us informed at each step. From the first contact with Dave we felt extremely confident he was the right person to get the results we ultimately wanted and he exceeded them! He was upfront and direct on what was in our best interest to achieve them and what he was going to do to get the result we wanted.
