Probably the most outstanding attribute would have been the go get attitude, he understood the task and the unique complexities around it, formulated a plan, executed and received a higher result than anticipated in a short period of time. I was really impressed at my first meeting with Dave when he described his approach to selling my property in detail, including a timeline and key indicators along the way to determine if we would make the timeline. I would have been really pleased if he delivered on even 80% of his promises, and I am truly delighted that he not only actually delivered on 100% but also achieved a price far beyond either of our expectations. I am also incredibly thankful to his staff - my property had been rented for 10 years so needed a bit of love to get it to the condition required for the sale. I live interstate so wasn't sure how I would manage to get all the work done in a reasonable timeframe. Dave's staff bent over backwards to help me organise tradies etc in order to get the property ready according to the timeline. Dave and his staff kept me posted every step of the way using WhatsApp - at no stage was I left wondering what was happening or where the process was up to. I really can't thank Dave and his staff enough - Dave promised me the moon, but he really did deliver the stars.
