From the moment I opened the door to Roland on our first introduction I knew he was going to be the one who sells our house. In an industry that's renowned for stereotypical operators and salesharks it was obvious Roland was in a different league. We had one false start as we decided to fully renovate before selling, which was not a problem for Lanecampos. They visited a couple of times during renos just to see how we were going and to get a feel of the direction we were headed. At no time did this feel contrived.
