The process of application and approval was fast and efficient. Collecting the keys and information pack was not as efficient. 1. The receptionist failed to inform me of a mandatory appointment and that I would be contacted directly from the business for the service. I thought it was a possible scam at first. 2. The mail box key was also not given to me and I had to make an extra journey out to the office to collect this. Perhaps a protocol change/check off list of information the receptionist is to pass on, if this already exists, perhaps a reminder to staff to use this to avoid unnecessary inconveniences. It should not be assumed the renter knows the process of ensuring there is a mail box key or mandatory service appointments and therefore the process should always be to inform the tenant of every detail. Overall, my experience has been positive. I would recommend Rent Exchange.
