This is the first time renting for me after selling my house I lived in for 27 years. everyone was telling me that it was going to be difficult to deal with a realestate company when trying to rent could not be further from the truth with this company they went above and beyond and were so easy to deal with would highly recommend them.

I've had very good dealings so far with the people at Rent Exchange regarding my new tenancy. The team have been very responsive and professional regarding every interaction we've had to date. Jen brings fabulous experience to the team and her approach minimised the vacancy time of the apartment to a couple of days in between tenants. The property was re-leased prior to the current tenants moving out with minimal effort and stress.

Have always been on the ball when it comes to any issues, even when I had a bad tenant that did not pay and did some damage, they were always communicating and sorting out repairs VCAT hearings etc straight away making my life alot easier

The team are quick to respond to requests There were a few items to sort out as I moved in and realized the maintenance issues that you cant really grasp at a quick inspection. They were in it in a flash. Every one is very nice and engaged too, which happens less and less in the world to day. RE is Aces in my book.
