Firstly, the guy who showed me the flat gave some undertakings that turned out to be incorrect accordingly to the office. One of which , water is included in your rent. Apart from that he had very little knowledge of the property Eg where is the car park? answer” not sure, but I’m sure there is one with this flat, the office will know” never got back to me. The office staff were lively, very prompt, professional and organised the lease and keys. However, I have submitted a condition report with a range of items that require attention, one of which is a safety issue with exposed glass, second is the continuous dust from the tiles missing around the toilet, just to name two of the urgent matters. I love to invest properties for more than ten years, and in Melbourne I have two houses for investment. The first house I bought through Marshall White, and for convenience I authorized Marshall White to do rental service, but my experience was horrible. I do care about the rental service quality. So couple of months ago I bought another house in Canterbury, after that I asked my friend to introduce the best rental service professional people to look after my house, my friend introduced Peter Daicos. Honestly, I feel so great and comfortable with Peter to look after my house, he is so professional, gental, warm and stable. he always knows what the landlord wants, and very efficient to work it out. He always message me how the rental is going on, and I never need to urge him to do anything. So I passed another house to Peter to handle. Now, I can concentrate myself on my work, no need to think about how my houses are going on.
