Excellent agent in port Lincoln
Having worked with Anne and team on purchase of property in Port Lincoln, I can guarantee that they are one of the best in the business . Anne was so clear in her communication every time . The team at Lawsons are all wonderful people . There is a personal touch when you deal with them versus the robotic agents you get to deal with otherwise. Teagan, the property manager from Lawsons was very helpful in not only getting the maintenance works done on the property but also securing a tenant right next day of the settlement.Highly recommend Anne and team for buying as well as property management if you’re looking for one in that area .

Very approachable, Great communicator, Good result
Anne was a good communicator. It was clear she had done her research / home work on the property to ensure it was marketed appropriately and to achieve the best possible outcome. She provided good ideas on how to dress up and present the house. We found her easy to deal with and personable. This gave us comfort that she would listen to potential buyers and not be overly pushy. Worked with is re timing of open inspections and provided up to date feedback on progress. Communicated and worked well with our chosen conveyancer to ensure settlement proceeded as smoothly as possible.
