Brett exceeded our expectations in every area. Not only did he have an excellent knowledge of the local market, he knew exactly how to market the property for best possible outcomes. Brett displayed at all times a professional attitude and was outstanding with his tips and advice to achieve best possible results for the vendor (Hildegard Krefter). Brett was exceptional in his inter-personal dealings with Hildegard (and her dog!) and instilled confidence in us all. The fact that he sold the property within hours after the first offer fell through speaks volumes of his market knowledge and of buyers and would-be buyers. Additionally Brett kept us fully informed throughout the whole process. Brett was great to deal with because he kept me informed throughout the whole process. I was a little nervous seeing that my unit was on busy main road and i thought the sale would be a long drawn out process. The great marketing and Brett's hard work consistently brought good numbers through the door and i happily accepted an offer after the 3rd open. I would highly recommend Brett to anyone who is wanting an easy and stress free sale.

I had been contemplating selling the house myself as I was somewhat doubtful that an agent would be able to increase the sale price enough to 'earn' their commission. We had an explosive reaction to the property launch and several offers after the first open, but it was really during those final negotiation stages and tedious background legalities that I decided the commission was justified. I could have marketed the property, fielded the enquiries and conducted the opens, but without Brett's knowledge of the market, the area and the RE sales process I don't believe we would have achieved the same result, and certainly not as quickly.
