Outstanding Agent
Brett exceeded all expectations. His level of professionalism is outstanding. From my first meeting with him he impressed me with his knowledge of the market and his enthusiasm at sharing this knowledge. He was clearly not just passionate about real estate, but more importantly a person of integrity who is passionate about helping people achieve the best outcome for what if a very important transaction. Throughout the time that my house was on the market Brett worked tirelessly. He was keen to meet and discuss progress at times that were convenient for me. Indeed, Brett has brilliant communication skills and really delivered on his promise to keep me updated on buyer interest levels. Due to the excellent marketing the house was very popular and Brett was inundated with inquiries. He made himself available to show people the property almost daily. Brett was knowledgeable about the whole process, from marketing to closing the deal and he was able to answer all my queries and give sage advice, however he was also active in seeking out my ideas and opinions. He has a wonderful sense of humour and fabulous people skills which I saw as he worked with the rest of my family, I am sure these skills are very useful in the negotiation process when an ability to read people is integral. Brett was a pleasure to work with and he will be our family real estate agent for any future sales. I recommended him without hesitation to anyone lucky enough to be considering his services.

Twice in 12 months!
I sold my home through Brett back in April 2016 (for an outstanding result), and it certainly doesn't surprise me that I've dealt through him again, and glad I had. Less than 12 months later, Brett was able to find me another home, in a sort after suburb for a more than fair price. His ability to make the entire process an absolute breeze extremely helps, even more so with those with a busy work schedule. Funny and friendly, and has an in-depth experience and knowledge for investing or finding a home. For anyone looking to buy or sell I would highly recommend Brett as a point of contact. Exceeded my expectations
