Marc did an outstanding job throughout the course of the sale considering our place was not officially on the market. His negotiation and communication skills where at a very high level. He also displayed good people management skills as he had to deal with the buyer, seller and tenants. With my hand on my heart, this guy is BLOODY AMAZING.... I would not have been able to get through this sale without his calm demeanour and his optimism. We had a very tight window to sell our home, as we had already bought another one, however he was cool, calm and collected and took all my crazy calls and crazier emails and kept me together. We decided to go with Daniel to sell our house for a few reasons, but the main one was how impressed we were with his open houses when we were looking to buy a couple of years ago. We remembered his name and he was the first person we rang when we decided to sell our house. We were very impressed with Daniel's knowledge, professionalism and advice during the whole process. He ended up getting us quite a bit more than we were expecting at auction, so we were over the moon. His commission rates are a bit higher than other agencies but are completely worth it - you get what you pay for! We will be recommending him to all our friends and families.

There is no doubt about the stressfulness associated with the selling of a home and in doing so, a vendor needs a real estate agent who understands this and tailors services to help reduce this stress and Daniel, along with his team of true professionals,, did just that. We have known Daniel for some time, having followed his business in our area of Clarence Gardens. We have been consistently impressed with Daniel/Lead Estate Agents' approach and with their sales success, so for us, they were the natural choice and in fact were the only agents we spoke with on the strength of a first meeting with Daniel barely a month ago. We were very impressed in the way Daniel explained how the property would be marketed and with the ensuing process and also with the plan for open inspections and final auction. We were confident that Daniel had the skills, knowledge and resources to maximise the opportunity for us to sell in what we gave as a very limited time frame and we were justified in feeling so. The photgrapher did a fantastic job, making our house look absolutely beautiful and this was complemented by Daniel's enticing description of the best features of our home. Once listed, there followed much interest in our property and throughout the process, we were kept very well informed of who was attending open inspections and the feedback from them. The eventual succcessful sale of our property at auction at a figure that greatly exceeded the reserve, still has us wondering if we were dreaming it all and to say that we are ecstatic at with the result would be an understatement. Daniel and his colleagues never wavered in their quest to provide us with exemplary service while continually communicating with us, so we always knew what would happen next and just where we stood. Would we recommend Daniel Richardson/Lead Estate Agents to others? Would we use them again? You bet we would!
