Marc cold called me a few times to see if I wanted an Agent to handle the sale of my house. He was always polite, tenacious and keen and eventually I thought if you are that keen and confident, then OK. He was easy to deal with in terms of setting targets and fee structure. He opened the house 2x a week until sold, which was a great level of intensity. He kept me well informed and followed up leads well. I was pleased with the process and the outcome and would recommend him to others.
