Could not Fault John's efforts and performance
John took on our unit immediately following the peak of the market, and always kept a positive attitude. His feedback was regular and never pushy. Having been a real estate agent agent for 35years I found John's attitude both very professional and honest. Our initial expectations on price could not be found but John diligently followed up this one purchaser for several weeks and finally managed to get him over the line.

Great result at the right price in a very short time
I have known John for many years and over that time have watched John work extremely hard and diligently for his clients. We had not long returned to Tasmania and caught up with John on our return, noticing he had opened his own real estate company. Just prior to planning to sell our property, he sold a colleague of mine's house and again I heard of John's commitment, support, success and importantly followup, asking John to look after our house was a no-brainer . . . sold at the right price, in just 5 weeks in an out of town location, which we expected to take a little longer. John kept us in the loop throughout the process and covered all aspects of the sale - took out all the stress. Very happy to recommend John and his team at Lennard McLure.
