Great communication skills and market knowledge
John was a pleasure to deal with during the sales period, his communication skills, in what turned out to be a difficult sale, were first class, he always keep me updated with what was happening with the purchasers and his knowledge of the market was outstanding. Would highly recommend John and will definitely use John again when selling future properties

Outstanding experience wpruchasing our first home with Debbie and her team!
We met Debbie and her partner at the first open home held at the property, we recently purchased. Debbie and her partner were friendly, professional and made us feel welcome into the inspection. Shortly after the inspection, my partner and I decide to put in an offer on the property, Debbie went above and beyond for us, making us feel confident in the process of putting in an offer and educated us along the way. We trust Debbie and her partner and felt a connection with them being such lovely and down to earth professionals. Throughout the settlement period, Debbie's communication was second to none, making us feel comfortable and excited for our big purchase. Professional, friendly real estate agent with people skills!
I first met Debbie Burgess when she came to assess my parents’ home for sale before they went into permanent aged care. It was a very difficult time for both my parents and our family but Debbie, together with partner Kim, won my parents’ trust with her honest, friendly and frank approach, wielded with a wealth of diplomacy. Debbie’s wonderful people skills meant mum and dad felt they had a friend as an agent, someone who was happy to sit down and have a cuppa with them while she listened to their stories, which instilled confidence and meant they didn’t feel the pain of selling quite as much. Debbie’s knowledge of the market was up to date, her conduct and attitude both friendly and professional. We were able to communicate easily in person, by phone or email at any time or day. The house sold at a very good price and much quicker than anyone might expect. I highly recommend Debbie as a professional friendly real estate agent with people skills!

Buying an investment property
Johnnie responded promptly to my enquiry and sent me relevant info immediately. He was available for an appointment at my convenience and answered all of my questions. I made my decision and put in an offer as soon as we had had a chat and a look at the property and he had an answer for me within twenty four hours.
