About Litsa

Having worked for Leo Tsimpikas since she was 18, Litsa boasts over 10 years experience in residential property management within the same office. Having been both a landlord and a tenant herself, Litsa understands how property management works, seeing what happens from both sides of the fence, helping to have both happy landlords and tenants. Litsa lived in Melbourne for 2 years where she was the head property manager for a residential real estate company, and also worked in a commercial property management firm in the inner city, managing inner city commercial property. Litsa holds a full real estate licence and heads the Property Management department with Angela. All of their clients know that when dealing with either one, they can and will get the job done for their clients. Litsas clients are her number one admirers with her rent roll continually growing through word of mouth only. She makes sure that her landlords investments are maintained and knows each property within her portfolio personally. She strives to provide the best information on managing their properties, knowing the local area market and understands the dynamics of the area. Some of her tenants have been renting through the office for more than ten years, having rented two or more properties knowing that Litsa is personable while maintaining a professional relationship with them. These valuable clients end up buying through the office and as a result not only become long term clients but friends.

About Penny

Penny starting her working life the field of Body Corporate Management. During her 9 years in the field, she learnt all aspects of the business and from the humble position of Receptionist progressed to a Body Corporate Manager and all the responsibilities associated with the management of unit complexes. Penny resigned her position to take time out to look after her ever expanding family. After seeing her children start school, Penny was looking for a new adventure and with an interest in looking at houses on the market chose to enter the real estate field. Penny has held her Real Estate Certificate for eleven years, and has been with the company for 9 years. During her 9 years with Leo Tsimpikas Real Estate, Penny started as a receptionist and has worked her way to Office Manager. Penny assists all staff in the general running of their day to day duties as well as trying to assist, staff, tenants, landlords and contractors with any matters that arise with integrity, honesty and as swiftly as possible. Excellent Service
