Stacey has a very high attention to detail, helps suggest or style your home to highlight its best points, engages a very high quality photographer and videographer to capture your home, and is always available to help with any questions and keep everything on track. Whilst we started off with some concern about signing with a smaller agent, we really shouldnt have worried at all. The level of attention and care Stacey provided simply could not be matched by the big agencies with competing priorities. Selling your home can be a stressful experience, but this experience was quite an enjoyable one in the end. Stacey found the right buyer in the first open home. She provided a well presented document of open home feedback from other potential buyers after spending the time to follow up on the same day, and this really helped us to make the best decisions in negotiating the final contract that night. If you don’t have Stacey and Marion of Lime Real Estate on your side as a vendor you don’t have the very best! I cannot speak highly enough of their acting for me in the recent sale of a prestige property in Ormiston. Advertising as arranged was superbly targeted, and the market acted very swiftly! Stacey and Marion already had access to a good range of potential buyers, but this was increased with advertising so they had to deal with lots of offers in a short space of time - the stress of a virtual auction, but I felt none of that stress. They got me a price well above my expectation and used their vast array of professional skills to negotiate the absolute best, totally unconditional, contract for me to sign. You cannot ask for more than that. Their communication was always first class. They are sensitive to a vendor’s concerns and needs. You know when you are dealing with them that they take a great deal of care to look after you as a client. It is definitely not just about the commission! I had total confidence at all times in what they were doing. Stacey and Marion provide a personalised service which is usually missing from the larger agencies, but they can both draw on their earlier experience working in those agencies. It’s the best combination imaginable. I’ve sold a number of properties over the years but this was by a large margin the best experience I have had.
