Suzy sold our house in three weeks for a price that we were happy with! Suzy and Lynne were spot on when valuing our property so they didn't create unrealistic expectations. The Links marketing strategy stands out and we had a strong number of potential buyers through the house, many of which came because of the Links database and Facebook updates. The photos of our property stood out as well because of Links' unique style. Suzy put us in contact with a reasonably priced stylist Kate who helped us easily prepare the home for sale. As first-time sellers it was a daunting process and we didn't know our responsibilities in the selling process. With Links, organising the contract was our responsibility. Suzy and Lynne's updates to us after open for inspections were very good. We needed more advice after we got a reasonable offer about how to proceed to achieve the best outcome and steps to finalise everything but we know now which questions to ask in future. Suzy and Lynne are certainly a hard-working team and a lot of the work that they do is at night when buyers are actively house hunting. In addition to the open for inspections, they conducted lots of private walk throughs and answered so many Internet enquiries; ultimately ensuring both the buyers and us as sellers had a good outcome and the sale was made as quickly as possible.

Lynne and the crew have been looking after us for multiple years. Firstly managing our property, in the period we hardly had the place empty, rental increases regularly and wonderful communication from Lynne or her team. If we had any issues Lynne and the crew were there to sort. Recently we decided to sell, Lynne and Suzie looked after the sale. Advised us well on market prices, marketing and was able to realise a sale quickly at a record price for a property like ours. We couldn't have asked for anymore. When it comes to people who know Torquay real estate I cant see how anyone who could do it better.

Suzy was a pleasure to deal with. She was very accommodating at showing us through the property (the one we purchased) and others similar so that we could make comparisons. We were limited with time but she made sure she was available to assist at short notice. I have to say dealing with Suzy was refreshing compared to some other agents we have dealt with. Some agents didn't want to know us as we weren't purchasing a $1mil and above property. Thanks Suzy - we can't wait to move in :-).

Times for inspections out the front of house didn't match times advertised-this happened on 3 occasions. Also check information - house wasn't renovated -bench seats aren't actually fixed. Overall we are pleased with our sale-Thank you
