Lynne and her team handled everything for us, from the house stylist to the carpentry work.
Very efficient, on time realistic service. We ended up with a better sale price than what was originally quoted. the property sold was a holiday house so Lynne and her team took care of everything without us having to be there to project manage, it was all taken care of and sold, very impressive service and a great result. thanks very much for your services.

Sale of 32 Sands Blvde Torquay
We called Lynne because we were aware of how quickly the property she markets tend to sell, and we knew a number of people who were very happy with the results she achieved for them. Lynne assessed the house, gave us a price range she thought realistic and we were happy with, then answered our questions on what to get done for the marketing campaign, before introducing us to her team. It is a fantastic team, led by a stylist and supported by specialist cleaners and a photographer, who all communicate with each other and the client. The stylist gave precise advice on how to present the house, and we followed it. At all times we felt carefully guided and looked after. The house sold within an hour of the first Open House, for the price at the top of the range given by Lynne. She is a true professional with deep understanding of the market in which she operates. We could not have been happier with the way the sale process went from beginning to end. Thank you Lynne.

Absolutely terrific agent and agency
From the moment we met Lynne her laid back attitude but attention to detail was the shining force. We requested a second look within a hour on a Saturday arvo. Lynne's can do attitude accommodated. Sunday night an offer was presented, by Tuesday we had purchased the property. We felt that Lynne worked the negotiations in an unbiased and transparent manner. Never did we feel that she was working for the vendors rather than us as purchasers. We had lots of communication leading up to settlement and beyond. Each time it was answered promptly and again with the enduring attitude of 'nothing is a problem'. Thankyou for making our entry into the Torquay area so easy and welcoming. We wish Lynne and family the very best in her future endevours.

A pleasurable experience
Lynne, Suzy and the team at links provided an professional and committed service that i would highly recommend to anyone wishing to sell, particularly in the surf coast area. They worked so hard to assist us with the sale of our home from presenting the home for sale to having a signed contract on the table. Their local knowledge was a stand out getting $100k more than other real estate agents felt they could get for our property. I will never use any other real estate agent- there is no topping these girls! It made the experience of selling our home an easy one.

Outstanding Agent
Before selling we looked at other agents in the area, however, after meeting Lynne from Links we new that she was the woman for the job. The process was so simple and exciting as both Lynne and Suzie were always so pumped about the potential sale of our home, which was infectious. The phoographer used by Links is awesome, he captured the true beauty of our family home and created an insight for potential buyers to see and fall in love with. Our first open day was only 3 days from being released on the internet, so we did not think that much would happen, and just pinned our hopes on the 2nd open the following week, how wrong were we! Lynne, Suzie and their team worked very hard and as a result we had heaps of potential buyers look at our home during the open, which to our supprise generated a sale only 30 minutes later!!! outstanding!! Excellent.
