I don't think we've ever met a real estate agent as genuine, honest and professional as Lisa. She really took the time to explain to us the process and give us the advice on our specific situation, especially since we are first time home buyers. She even answered her phone on a Sunday afternoon to talk to us and help us with our research and feasibility study! Lisa's not only a sales person. She is a property investor/developer herself so she has a lot of knowledge in the real estate industry, and you can trust what she says is backed by experience and knowledge. I would really recommend Lisa as your real estate agent. It was a pleasure - thanks Lisa!

l have had the pleasure to have Lisa represent me both to purchase property and also to sell property in the Newcastle region.l found her to represent me,both as a buyer and as a seller,as an absolute consummate professional. Her listening and communication skills are unequaled and her knowledge of the local market is extremely insightful. She is unquestionably dedicated not only to her chosen profession but equally to you , her client, and her clients needs and requirements. Buying and selling real estate can be one of the most stressful times in your life, but if you want it to be more of a tranquil and smooth process, then Lisa is the agent for you. Her help and guidance through all other areas of the process,eg; information about dealing with banks, mortgage brokers, conveyances, lawyers etc are also areas where i found she can offer support and advise as well. Overall, l would have no hesitation in recommending Lisa to anyone with any real estate requirements,be it buying, selling, leasing,or just an inquisitive query. Do yourself a favor and give her a call before you commit to another agent, you wont be disappointed ,i know i wasn't.

Lisa has an enviable passion for and knowledge of real estate. This is coupled with a work effort and zest for life that would be hard to match. But what impresses me most is her high ethical standards in an industry not always known for this. Lisa genuinely strives to get the best result for her vendor not for herself. Having also worked in the house restoration market Lisa can quickly assess the potential of a property and use this in her marketing of a property. Viv and I thought the renovation and the presentation of the Blacksmiths property was outstanding. While not presently on the market we too must consider downsizing and Lisa's professional and prompt valuation on our Charlestown property has enabled us to start some first steps on assessing where we may downsize too.

Lisa was very professional and a pleasure to deal with, she provided a great level of flexibility with my partner and I for inspection times as we were coming up from Sydney to view the property. We were really impressed with Lisa's communication style, we felt she was very honest and trust worthy and always responded to to our queries whether by email or phone in a very timely manner. I would certainly have no hesitations in recommending Lisa to any of our friends or family.
