Josh Power showed a very personable and professional service. We felt very comfortable with Josh and the team at Lister Springwood, whereas as we really trusted them to bring us to a great sale. Always available and very capable with their finger on the pulse of the market. I found Josh to be honest, genuine and conducts business with integrity. The house was initially sold but the buyers pulled out very last minute for family reasons. Not deterred, we had a strategy meeting with Josh Power, Scott Lister, and Nathan Chapman the following day. The house sold within two weeks. I must say that with a lifetime of being in the hospitality service industry, it great to see the good vibe that Lister Real Estate gives when meeting with them. Top grade people all!

Having many years of experience in the real estate business Scott's knowledge of the market and his advice during a dynamic period of flux within the market at the time of listing our home provided us with confidence he had his finger on the pulse. His advice throughout the process was always spot on. Scott was honest when discussing options for us to consider. We were at times confused with what information to consider or discard, however Scott provided much clarity which gave us the confidence to move forward knowing he was there for advice. At no time did we feel isolated during the sale of our home and were kept up to date on all aspects of the sale. Scott and his PA China went above and beyond in order to make the process smooth and utilised resources available to them in order to progress the sale of our home to a more than satisfactory conclusion.
