Josh is a 'thorough pro'. There was nothing he didn't know, he was always calm, competent and prompt. Happy to go the extra step to make it easier for the vendors and he always kept us informed. From our first meeting, Scott and his staff impressed us with their professionalism and friendliness. Scott kept us informed by phone and had realistic expectations and negotiated professionally and competently for us, being fair to both seller and purchaser. Our situation was probably 'somewhat' different from most and he was prepared to work with three members of the family over the time. Each week his assistant, China Richardson followed up with written details of inspections and progress. We felt comfortable with both Josh and Nathan who are also part of this great team. We found Josh very friendly and with an instantly likeable personality. Josh was our main contact for Open House most Saturdays and also for some of the inspections. Communication with him was always obliging and he was prepared to go out of his way at all times, as were Scott and Nathan. We would prepare the house prior to inspections and Josh was particular in the way he left the house, no doors or windows left unlocked etc. He would always send us a message upon leaving as well.
