We found Josh very friendly and with an instantly likeable personality. Josh was our main contact for Open House most Saturdays and also for some of the inspections. Communication with him was always obliging and he was prepared to go out of his way at all times, as were Scott and Nathan. We would prepare the house prior to inspections and Josh was particular in the way he left the house, no doors or windows left unlocked etc. He would always send us a message upon leaving as well. Professional and seemed to know & understand the local market. The support team of photographers/ marketers etc were very good to deal with. Communication needed to be followed up on occasions, however mostly satisfactory. Overall a good experience with only minor matters to resolve.
