We sold lots of things on Marketplace, Gumtree or even the local monthly markets. One can figure things out as you go along, but a house is different to selling old vinyls. One needs professional help. After some consideration we decided on Lister Real Estate . Nathan's positivity won us over. There was never a moment of hesitation, the whole sale process was set up really quickly. Pictures, video, brochures were produced in no time and to the highest quality and before we knew it we had the first open house and interested parties shown through our property. Although we were fully informed and kept up to date all the time, we were still nervous, as the economic situation is quite challenging at the moment and the media headlines generally very negative in regards to real estate. Again, before we knew it, Nathan secured an offer that we could happily accept. One moment we were full of trepidations how the sale would develop, the next moment is was all done and dusted. We got a good price, the new owners got a wonderful property and Nathan arranged for a quick sale! Everyone is happy! We must not forget to mention the whole team involved, China and the team in the office were always friendly, chirpy and helpful. Don’t be fooled by Josh’s young age, his hunger to do well and support his clients shines through and will set him up well for a career in property sales and leasing. Now that the market has dipped, Josh will warn his stripes selling properties in a declining market, but he did an amazing job for us and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Josh again.
