Scott and the team have delivered outstanding service once again when selling a second property for us this year. He was able to arrange repairs, painting and kept our investment property maintained whilst awaiting for the sale and subsequent settlement. Our property was sold very rapidly for a great price due to their extensive data base of perspective purchasers. There was no drop in service level provided by the Lister team despite this second property being sold at a far different price point to the first property. We asked several agents to present a proposal for our property including a very confident if not guaranteed minimum sale price. Nathan was very clear in his understanding of the area, the market, his potential buyers and the value of our property. We sold lots of things on Marketplace, Gumtree or even the local monthly markets. One can figure things out as you go along, but a house is different to selling old vinyls. One needs professional help. After some consideration we decided on Lister Real Estate . Nathan's positivity won us over. There was never a moment of hesitation, the whole sale process was set up really quickly. Pictures, video, brochures were produced in no time and to the highest quality and before we knew it we had the first open house and interested parties shown through our property. Although we were fully informed and kept up to date all the time, we were still nervous, as the economic situation is quite challenging at the moment and the media headlines generally very negative in regards to real estate. Again, before we knew it, Nathan secured an offer that we could happily accept. One moment we were full of trepidations how the sale would develop, the next moment is was all done and dusted. We got a good price, the new owners got a wonderful property and Nathan arranged for a quick sale! Everyone is happy! We must not forget to mention the whole team involved, China and the team in the office were always friendly, chirpy and helpful.
