Josh went above and beyond through our entire first home buying process. We spent over 6 months looking for a home in a tough market and Josh was the only agent that personally called to check in with us regularly and let us know of relevant upcoming properties. When we were finally successful with an offer he was professional, knowledgeable and happy to provide us with answers to the many questions we had along the way. On the afternoon of our settlement, Josh knew our plan was to stay in our empty house that night. So along with our keys, he also brought us a few plates, cups, coffee, bread and spreads - a really thoughtful, funny end to our first home buying experience. We can’t thank him enough!
