He was professional, personable and reliable from the first time we met him to when we handed the keys over to him when the house was sold. He was ethical and had integrity in the way he conducted himself with us and possible buyers through out the process of negotiating and accepting offers on our house . Nothing was too big an ask for Josh. He was happy to go above and beyond to Help us e.g collecting our mail after settlement. He had clear communication throughout the entire process, he was always available on the phone or in person when needed. He made the sale of our house easy and stress free. Do not underestimate this up and coming real estate agent. At only the start of his career he was able to secure us an area record breaking price for the sale of our house.
