Nathan provided great insight in the market as well as advice on timing against competing properties and how to best present our home for sale. He provided advice around the strategy of pricing and how to attract buyer interest and we had very honest discussions about the pros and cons of our home and how best to leverage its strengths. We also had time pressure to sell personally and so needed to be realistic in pricing. While the price wasn’t what we would have like, with my own research of the market, other sales and what properties were available, I believe he supported us well in the sale we achieved.

Scott and his team were very cognitive of my situation and walked a fine line with myself and my daughter. My age and physical limitations were a real factor in working with an agent who understood the varied issues and we found this with Scott and his team. The communication required to satisfy us in 2 different countries was excellent. My daughter as my representative was the a big part of this process and the communication with her was excellent. The team and in particular Scott kept us informed at all times of the progress of the sale. Scott was always available to talk and give support as to the whatever I needed and always did so cheerfully and with his full attention. He went above and beyond what was expected as my agent. On a personal level, he was caring and always made sure I was comfortable with the decisions being made. Scott’s knowledge of the market and the varied participants made for an untroubled and swift sale process. The access and knowledge displayed by Scott and his team was honest, refreshing and more importantly respectful. The streamlining of paperwork made things flow smoothly and helped me in navigating the process. Having been listed for some time with another agency it was a difficult starting point, but Scott, Josh and Nathan rose to the challenge. Scott provided professional guidance to reset my expectations and managed a successful campaign which maximized the selling price and allows me to move on feeling really good.
