Thank you, Nathan (and Scott) of Lister Real Estate for organising the sale of my mother's villa in Springwood. Nathan was very understanding of our family situation and worked with me to facilitate an easy sale process. The probate came through on my Mum's estate just before a long planned overseas holiday. Being overseas was not a problem as he worked with my conveyancer and tracked the time zone in Kenya and Uganda so we could chat/text via WhatsApp even though the internet was poor in Kenya and Uganda. Easy to sign the contract of sale using DocuSign with access via email (only had one bar of internet on the Nile River cruise but it was enough to view the contract and sign!) The villa sold in one week for a price I was happy with. Highly recommend Nathan, Scott and the team.
