We wanted to sell our home in October 24, but after a conversation with Scott and Carmen, we decided to wait and fix up a few things to get the price we wanted. They were right! After tenants, the house needed a spit polish, trim and a paint. Scott even lent us his hedge trimmer! We worked hard over 2 weeks and once done we got the price we wanted after the first open home. We did not need to go to auction! Scott followed up every person who came to the first open home and negotiated with interested parties. We are in New Zealand and he always called when he said he would and kept us informed of what was going on. We would highly recommend the Lister team if you want to sell your home in the mountains.
