Nathan was one of four agents I contacted initially to submit proposals to sell our family home. He gained my trust by the initiative, energy and professionalism he showed in undertaking background investigations to inform me of the subdivision potential of the property, and the steps I needed to undertake to help increase the sale value. When we were ready to sell, Nathan demonstrated his superior knowledge of the property market and recommended we go to auction. Throughout the marketing process Nathan clearly communicated what he and his team were doing, and what he required of me. He showed the Lister team over the property so that they could all appreciate its unique character, and participate in the marketing process. I was impressed with the marketing kit of photos, drone images and descriptions of the property highlighting its features. Nathan and his team worked hard to make the property available to potential purchasers through both regular weekly open inspections and one-off inspections to suit the timing of individual purchasers. Nathan kept me advised by phone conversations of progress after each inspection, as well as by weekly written reports. The final sale was made as the result of a pre-auction bid which we were very happy with. During this process, Nathan continued to communicate well between the purchaser, myself and my lawyer, and I understand that everyone is happy with the process and the outcome. I have enjoyed working with Nathan on this sale. He has made the process as easy as possible for us.

They go above and beyond anything I could of ever expected. They whole team were extremely professional at all times.
