Very happy with having chosen Sam Linn to handle the sale of our property - being professional is one thing, and Sam was certainly that, but going the extra mile is another thing altogether and Sam was that for us as well. Very helpful with suggestions on the best way to prepare our property for sale the effect of which was to make us proud of offering our much-loved home for sale, even took the time to contact us from overseas while he was on holidays to make sure everything was tracking well and to keep us fully informed of developments. Sam was approachable, and friendly and for first-time-property-sellers, there was no such thing as a "dumb question." Great result and excellent follow up. Would happily recommend Sam to others. Also very happy with what we believe was a very fair price for our home.
