When we deided to sell our Alice Springs property, we went straight to Gail, as we have used her services in the past and have always found her exellent. We’ve all had stories to tell of our dealings with agents, some good, some not so good. It was important for us to choose an agent that had our best interests at heart. Sam was thoughtful ( understood our concerns ), reliable ( eagerly presented the house on multiple occasions for openings), knowledgeable ( understanding of market and realistic with housing price), friendly (approachable with clients and a very likeable person), determined ( had many openings beyond the the initial offer). Having moved interstate it was a little unsettling, however Sam kept us fully informed and was always there to answer any questions and provide positive and constructive feedback.
