I’ve had a very good experience with LJ Hooker at Ashfield from the moment I inspected the property to securing the rental, signing the lease, doing the entry condition report (which was far easier and more streamlined than others I’ve experienced before) to the communications with the real estate. My property manager Tracy and Dylan, who was at the open for inspection, have been a pleasure to deal with and they made the process of applying for the rental hassle free, quick and easy. Tracy responds to my queries in a timely fashion and has been very helpful and polite.

Cannot say enough to highlight how accommodating my agent was. I work extremely unusual hours making inspections etc. difficult to attend. They happily arranged an inspection at short notice and help with all the paperwork. At no point did they oversell or give false hope. Their dealings with me were realistic and truthful, especially compared to some of the other agents I have had recent experience with. They obviously know their owners and try to get the best fit for them. In short, a great experience
