L J Hooker Ashfield have been the managing agents for my investment unit since I purchased it through them in 2006. They have always been efficient and kept me updated and taken great care in the management. All the staff have been fantastic. Their property manager Louise Vella that is now is taking care my property is an absolute standout. Louise rang after a routine inspection and suggested I should renovate the property to create a home for future tenants. She has advised me and supervised a repaint, blinds, bathroom upgrade and door replacement and repairs all while I was overseas. She has also found new tenant without needing to advertise,so no advertising fee and achieved a 20% rent increase. Iv been constantly updated and been sent photos while im overseas. It looks amazing, Louise has put her heart into the upgrades and finding a tenant. Extremely happy and thank you Louise.

I have nothing but positive feedback to give to LJ Hooker Ashfield, particularly our agent Tracy is lovely. I have had experiences in the past with previous agencies that didn’t seem to really care about whether we were happy with the place or not. With these guys it was a completely different experience. LJ Hooker seemed genuinely very interested in knowing our thoughts on the place, asked if we settled in nicely, and made the whole rental application process a breeze. This will be my 5th year renting in Sydney and this place is by far my favourite. Not just because the unit has become a wonderful home for me and my partner, but also because I have complete confidence that LJ Hooker and Tracy are here to take care of us.
