We recently engaged LJHooker Ashfield to re-list a property for rent and Lachlan was our contact person along with his supervisor. Lachlan listened, acted on our instructions promptly and is always courteous and polite. He kept me informed during the process and within only a few days the unit was off the market with a new tenant ready to move in shortly after. Our unit is not in Ashfield so we appreciated the late notice in listing the property and they managed to get people through within 2 days of listing. The team at LJH are lucky to have him on board. The whole renting process has been very smooth and efficient. The Console Tenant apps allowed me to prepare the entry condition report very easily. I don't need to keep any documents anymore.
