Dylan was super helpful right from the get-go, ready to listen and keen to support with great communication throughout the whole experience. Dylan is very professional, with great knowledge of the area. The application process was very easy, and the turnaround time was less than a day. Everything was online so it was a breeze - no paper (which is always a hassle). Even the ingoing inspection report was online so I didn't have a mountain of paperwork with page after page of photos to go through. Really impressed overall.
