Property agent for rental
Been with LJ Hooker Ashfield since 2018, specifically with Vanessa since 2021, and also Dylan as of 2023. I’ve appreciated their responsiveness to emails and texts, when I couldn’t take calls due to working in schools. Really appreciate the extra mile they go to when I wasn’t around to pass on apartment keys and they arranged a considerate pick up while in the area.

Hassle free unit letting
Many thanks to Vanessa and Dylan for oversighting the recent letting of my rental unit. This included showing many prospective tenants through the unit, examining the applications and making recommendations. I was also allowed to inspect the property prior to rental and a few minor repairs were carried out. This should allow a smooth transition for the new tenants.

What a pleasure to meet Dylan & Vanessa as a business owner I don’t have a lot of time! I had tried to deal with other estate agents while searching for a property to lease and got the same runaround while trying to schedule a private inspection that suited my availability it was always the to hard basket! Found a property I was interested in on the realestate.com app And I was contacted in a hour by Dylan Explained my limited time frames and Dylan work around me view the property and I expressed my interest That day I was contacted by Dylan who explained I have been accepted He then arranged everything for me it was an absolute pleasure to be treated in such a professional manner I never had to contact him he kept me abreast in all the process Couldn’t recommend LJ Hooker Ashfield anymore Thank you Dylan & Vanessa Beau Lawson

The guys at LJ Hooker Ashfield were great to deal with
Both Marc and Paul were professional and easy to deal with. Before we were able to put our place up for rent, we needed to update and fix things in the unit. They helped manage the contractors throughout the period and were very obliging. They even responded to us for an urgent issue on their day off. This was much appreciated. Once the place was ready for rent, the process was quick and easy and Paul took the time to answer all the questions. I would recommend LJ Hooker Ashfield.

WOW - Amazing!
Marc, Vanessa and the team from LJ Hooker Ashfield, went above and beyond, thank you so much for working with us during the busy renovation period, the valuable advice that you provided ,on where we should, and shouldn't spend money during the renovation, this at the end of the day has achieved maximum return for us. Further to the above, the LJ Hooker team, helped provide tradesman to assist with a few jobs that needed to be finished off, this enabled the property was on the market sooner, ready to rent. 100% highly recomend.
