We lived here for 3 years and our first Property manager was amazing! There were a few things wrong with the house but he fixed it without delay! The last couple months living here was crap, having new neighbours who had no common courtesy, but the new property manger tried what they could to rectify the problem, although we moved before it was resolved, I just hope the new tenants don’t go through what we went through last couple months! Overall LJ hooker Ashfield has been good to rent with!

Overall the process was very straightforward. I got a reply back quite quickly in regarding about my application form. After stating I was still interested and with the landlord happy with me as a tenant it took about a week before I had the keys. There were some hiccups with receiving the tenant agreement a day before I receive the keys, but not an issue as they have sent off a draft on Monday. So I was able to ask question, admend or correct anything on the contract ahead of time. The LJ Hooker were reliable. They were quite quick in replying back to my enquires and helping me get information where they can. Overall a good experience.
