Staff at L J Hooker Ashfield are always helpful and courteous. Recent renovation of the unit and leasing were well managed. Middle of the road ranking relates to when the garage was rented separate to the unit. All arrangements were managed by the agent. They did not identify or advise on the need to change electricity arrangements for the garage. This proved costly at the expiration of the tenants lease. The reason you employ an agent and pay fees is to receive sound advice and mitigate the risk in lease arrangements.

I have found Hookers Ashfield to be helpful and pro active in finding tenants for my unit. After having my unit on the market with another agency for 4 weeks I was feeling discouraged with the lack of prospective tenants I was happy with the service provided by Hookers Ashfield. The manager was very hepful with his suggestions and a tenant was found in less than a week.
