Positive Experience

I had a really positive experience with Ray White Bateau Bay | Killarney Vale. Francine Steedman was my real estate agent - she responded promptly to communication via email or phone with a high degree of professionalism and warmth, and she organised repairs to the property very promptly. She provided positive and constructive feedback during tenancy inspections, which helped me to look after the property and ensured I got my full bond returned. After I vacated the property, I had accidentally left some personal items behind and she even kept these safe for me until I was able to come by and pick them up, which I really appreciate.

Excellent Knowledge and personalised service

I have been very happy with the service and professionalism from all the staff at Ray White Bateau Bay. It's nice to call and the staff know who you are and are always happy to help. Amanda is a great property manager who has been looking after our rental properties for several years. She has extensive experience and I can always reach her on the phone or via email. I am confident that if I have any issue with a property, I can give her a call and she will handle it, because I know she is working for me and looking after my tenants very well, and I know she will do a great job.
