I have been leasing my property with Ray White Bateau Bay for nearly 10 years. Because the property is over two hours from my home, I rely heavily on the team to keep me informed. They consistently provide timely updates on the tenant, conduct regular inspections and maintain proactive communication with the tenant on my behalf.
