House was not clean when handed over. i had to submit numerous photos and waste lot of time in providing observations after moving the house. During inspection there were people in the house so it was lj responsibility that the house must be clean. it was dirty, garden was in a bad state. door handles were broken or loose, toilets were atrocious. LJ hooker was not compassionate and always supported the owner. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. They undermine renters.
