From the moment I met Tahlie in the Belconnen office , I was impressed with her professionalism and dynamism. I have contacted a few realtors for the renting of my unit , she was the ONLY one being so responsive and kept me well informed with every stages of the renting process. She is so helpful and extremely ease to deal .with. Under her management , my unit has been rented out quickly as promised in a very competitive rental market . A big thankyou to Tahlie for all her efforts in conducting the final inspection and also finding us a new tenant fast. Tahlie had an enormous amount of things to sort out with the outgoing tenant but she worked tirelessly to get things sorted and the appropriate work done. We highly recommend her sincere approach as well as her dedication to getting things sorted. I highly value our property manager at LJ HOOKER Belconnen. From the start she was understanding, honest and didnt treat us like we were nothing. LJ HOKKER BELCONNEN have been very respectful in their communication with us and very prompt with things that needed to be get processed with the owner and back to us. We have had bad experience recently with another real estate but LJ HOOKER has made us feel seen, heard and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or rent.

LJ Hooker Belconnen has been managing our rental apartment in the centre of Canberra for over 5 years with competence and reliability. They are quick to communicate any changes in the rental circumstance either due to repairs and maintenance or when tenants give notice. As we do not live in the same city we rely on LJ Hooker Belconnen to assist us with repairs and maintenance and they are quick to take action, follow up with trades and provide us with good documentation of any repairs undertaken. Importantly they are polite and operate very professionally with our tenants which is vital to ensuring good tenant and landlord relations.
