Overall the service provided by LJ Hooker has been good. The high rating is due to the high quality of property management provided by Harry, partly offset by the higher charges of LJ Hooker, less effective advertising of the property and lack of clarity in account statements when changes in or additional costs are not clarified. Harry has been highly effective, responsive and good in suggesting solutions or the way forward. However, LJ Hooker needs to pay more attention to the wording used to explain the positive aspects of the property rather than generic terms. When paying for signs, there is a reasonable expectation that the sign will be set up from day one of advertising.
